Trinity Bible Church Facility Request

Please allow two business days for your request to be processed and to receive a confirmation email or phone call.

Facility Use: If you are hoping to use Trinity's facilities, please know that just by completing this form, it does not guarantee facility availability. We would like to know about your event at least 3 weeks in advance to allow for us to communicate to staff about setup, and the church community (if needed).

Communications: If your program or gathering requires some form of church-related communication (bulletin, email newsletter, etc), requests should be made at least 3 weeks prior to when you would like your program or gathering promoted. This allows for adequate time for a communication plan to be developed, finalized, and executed. Most importantly, it allows for an appropriate amount of time for individuals to be aware of your event or gathering to ensure your program's success!

Only include the actual event time frame here.

If your event requires time to set up or teardown, please include that time here, in addition to actual event time. For example: If you have a baby shower scheduled from 2pm-3pm, but would like 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for teardown, then you would write in this form that you need the room from 1p-4p.

For example, number of tables, chairs needed, types of tables (round or rectangle). If you would prefer to do this part on the phone, please keep this section blank and call us at 319-277-1377 AFTER you have submitted this form.

Examples could be speakers, computer or TV use, microphone, etc.

Please note: Trinity staff reserve the right to determine what types of communications are utilized to promote your event. In addition, Trinity-related events take precedent over other events and may impact our ability to promote your event. A Trinity staff member will discuss this with you further after you have submitted this form.

Our Office hours are Monday-Thursdays 9:00am - 3:00pm. If none of these times work, please let us know and we can try to accommodate.
